Very dedicated to his quality of work and the final product. I had a differnt design that I wanted for a case for my Grandfather's burial flag. James was very responsive through email and sent me pictures of his ideas. After I decided what I wanted, he made it and I received it very quickly. Very good work, and I couldn't have asked for anything better. Prices are very reasonable! James does a wonderful job and the final product shows he loves and cares about what he is making for other people. Thanks James!!
